ARRIVAL TIME:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to receiving your service(s). This will allow you the time to unwind and prepare you to receive the ultimate service provided by our highly skilled professionals. Venice's new clients are also asked to complete a holistic analysis form prior to receiving services at Venice Salon & Day Spa to ensure you that we will concentrate on any special requirements or requests relating to your service(s). We cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive 15 minutes or more later than their scheduled appointment time.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:
Individual Clients
A credit card or gift certificate number is required for new clients scheduling two or more services. Individual clients are required to cancel or reschedule their appointments 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations will result in a 50% service charge and no-shows will be charged the full amount.
Groups (of 3 or more)
A credit card or gift certificate number is required to schedule all group services. Groups are required to cancel or reschedule their appointments 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations will result in a 50% service charge and no-shows will be charged the full amount.
Gift Certificate Fees
Should you need to cancel and reschedule your gift appointment, we ask that you give us the opportunity to work with you 24 or 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to follow the policy could result in a 100% reduction of your gift certificate value. If given the proper notice, we will work with you closely to obtain a new appointment to meet your schedule.

Venice accepts Cash, Personal Checks, Debit Cards, and all major credit cards.
Spa & Salon Attire
Robes, wraps and slippers are provided in our locker rooms with a key to store and lock up your personal belongings. Venice Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced articles. Smocks are provided for hair services.
Discounts
Groups of 5 or more will receive a 10% discount on their entire bill when booking a spa package scheduled Tuesday or Wednesday. Senior Citizens (55 and older) will receive a 10% discount off any package scheduled Tuesday or Wednesday.
Groups
Venice's facility has the capability to accommodate large groups of up to twenty clients. Additional services can be provided such as flowers or special gift baskets. Outside catering is also available when customizing a Salon & Day Spa Package. Call for details.
Private Parties
Venice specializes in private parties for any occasion. Venice will reserve the facility to indulge and pamper your group exclusively. Entertainment and catering services are available upon request in addition to spa services. Private parties may be scheduled outside of normal business hours. A 15% gratuity will be added to the bill for private parties scheduled outside of nomal business hours.
